Air Jordan 3 "J Balvin - Rio" FN0344 001

The J Balvin x Air Jordan 3 “Rio” is a collaboration by the popular recording artist on a colorway of the classic Jordan sneaker inspired by his son, Rio. J Balvin and Jordan Brand have worked together on colorways of the Air Jordan 1, Air Jordan 2, and Air Jordan 3 in consecutive years since 2020. The “Rio” represents the fourth project between the two entities, and second on the Jordan 3 following 2023’s “Medellín Sunset".” As for the design, the shoe features a black leather base with classic grey elephant print on the toe and heel inspired by the pattern found on the original Jordan 3 from 1988. A gradient midsole with a Solar Flare and Total Crimson Abyss color combination matches the appearance of the heel counter with “Nike Air” on the left shoe and J Balvin’s signature smiley face logo on the right shoe. Unique design elements inspired by J Balvin’s son Rio are seen throughout the shoe. Release date: Summer 2024
